Accessibility Statement

Exampay wants students, families and education staff to be able to use our service regardless of ability, device or assistive technology. We are working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA where reasonably applicable.

What we support

Our work includes semantic page structure, keyboard access, visible focus, readable contrast, form labels and error messages, responsive layouts, skip links on legal pages and reduced reliance on colour alone. We test core workflows across common modern browsers and screen sizes.

Known limitations

Some dense dashboard controls, charts, older interface components, uploaded documents and third-party sign-in experiences may not yet provide an equivalent experience with every assistive technology. Full-screen assessment behaviour may also interact differently with accessibility software. Schools should provide reasonable accommodations and an alternative assessment route when needed.

Do not include passwords or unnecessary student information. We will make reasonable efforts to provide the information or service in an accessible format and to prioritise a correction.

Ongoing improvement

Accessibility is part of our design, review and release process. This statement will be updated as testing and remediation progress.
