Founder's Message

"I did not grow up believing that where you are born should decide what you are allowed to become. And yet, everywhere I looked in this country, that is exactly what was happening.

I met children with more ability than I ever had at their age — and watched them lose, not to a lack of talent, but to a lack of access. A better teacher two cities away. A test series they never saw. A guidance they were never given. The distance between them and their dream was never their mind. It was their pin code.

Exampay began as a refusal to accept that. If a child cannot reach the finest preparation, then the preparation must reach the child — in their own school, in their own town, without asking their family to break themselves to afford it. That is the whole idea. It is not complicated. It is only overdue.

I want to see the children of this country do extraordinary things — from the small towns as much as the big cities, from the ordinary schools as much as the famous ones. If we do our work well, one day a student's address will tell you nothing about how far they can go. Until that day, we keep going."
