Exampay — who we are
The plain introduction: how we began, what we do, and what we stand for.
Exampay is an Indian education organisation with a single, stubborn belief: that talent is spread evenly across this country, but opportunity is not — and that the second thing can be fixed. We began by looking closely at how competitive-exam preparation actually works in India, and at who it quietly leaves out. What we found was a system that asks families to uproot their children, spend beyond their means, or settle for far less — simply because of where they happen to live.
So we built the School Integration Programme: a way to bring serious, structured preparation for India's major competitive exams directly into a student's own school, taught by qualified and experienced faculty, and run in step with the school's own calendar. Today we work with schools to prepare students across Science, Commerce and General streams — from foundation in Class 6, all the way to the entrance exams that decide their futures — while keeping it affordable, transparent, and close to home.

Ambition and ability are already fully formed, wherever a student lives. Access is the only thing that differs.
The resource should travel
Not by asking students to travel to where the resources are, but by carrying the resources to where the students already are.
