This Privacy Policy explains how Exampay Education Pvt. Ltd. ("Exampay", "we", "us") collects, uses, stores and protects information when you visit this website, submit the Partner Survey, or use the SIP platform as a student, parent, faculty member, school or administrator.

1. Information we collect

• Contact details you provide through our forms — name, email, phone, school and city.
• Programme data generated through SIP — attendance, test results and progress reports, collected on behalf of, and shared with, the partner school and the relevant parent or student.
• Standard website usage data (see our Cookie Policy).

2. How we use it

To respond to enquiries, deliver the SIP programme, generate the ERITS dashboards, and communicate about the partnership. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

3. Children's & students' data

Because our platform serves school students, we collect the minimum data necessary to run the programme, and share student progress data only with that student's parent/guardian, teachers and the partner school — never publicly.

4. Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by writing to privacy@exampay.in.
